WordPress 1.2.2
I finally upgraded my WordPress install to version 1.2.2. The upgrade contains bug fixes and security updates and is recommended for all 1.2 users. The changelog is very helpful if you have hacked your installation.
On the other hand, every WordPress release so far has reduced my need to rewrite or customize any of the files, which is very nice.

The only reason why I haven't upgraded yet is because I've hacked the core files so much. Thanks for the changelog linktip!

Yes, I recognize the problem. I have less-than-fond memories of upgrading my first install, which I think was 0.71 or 0.72. Now I just have to manually upgrade the
index.php
andcomments.php
files. Quite an improvement. On the other hand, I have to spend more time deleting comment spam these days…
